He will go immediately to quarantine and a home was Shelley who will do right by him. If you feel called to help us do this today... We need to raise $600 to pull it off. Posts like this make everything worth it! Little Sergeant Ardent who was adopted last week and another saved from Slaughter as well with their new kids.(And their faithful dog) having a wonderful ride on their beloved new rescued horses! This just gives me all the feels.

An unfortunate but sadly necessary announcement~ I

An unfortunate but sadly necessary announcement~
I cannot keep going as I have.
It pains me more than I can say to even write these words... But over the past three months my vet bills have increased drastically, with little to no help. Granted, I rarely ever ask for help with after care funding, but in these troubled times I do not feel it's fair TO ask. We currently have several horses in various stages of recovery from a myriad of ailments... Sadly most human inflicted. I wake every morning wondering how I will provide all that they need, and it tears me up. I will never let them go without, but if I have not enough for all that they need... I am doing them no favors. I will continue to do all that I can privately, and it hurts terribly to think of all the ones that will not be helped when I take this step back. Please do not misunderstand... I repeat... I will always help anywhere and everywhere I can.
This week alone... thousands in vet bills. Our monthly automatic donations total $364... Which I am beyond grateful for but it barely touches the expenses these poor babies incur. Oh, to live in a world where money was never a problem, we can do so much more.
Believe me, it is not for lack of want or trying.
And nothing has ever been harder to say than this.
